Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company gave me my money back for the orders I never requested.

All items were returned back to the company. The company did not pay the overdraft fees the bank charged me, which were caused by the unwanted charges..

I ordered Relaxium for $7.95, on June 9, 2020. I received the product on June 15, 2020.

They sent me the $7.95 bottle and a "free" bottle. I was told nothing about ordering anymore Relaxium.

I got the product and used if for 5 days. It didn't work and I saw no difference in sleep (4hrs a night). I no longer took the product because it didn't work.

On June 29, 2020, Relaxium charged my bank account for $ 128.29 (money that I didn't have in account at the time). I was never told of the charge before they charged my account.

I called Relaxium company and told them that the product didn't work, and they illegally charged my account against my wishes. They told me return the product and they would refund my money. I sent the product back to them per their instructions.

I went to my bank (Regions) and advised them of the illegal charge to my account. I made a formal complaint with them. I had to find some money to put in my Regions account, and Region's thankfully refunded my overdraft fees. I canceled the debt card I used when I originally ordered Relaxium.

I was sent a new debit card a week later.

Today I looked at my account today, 8/19/2020, and I saw that Relaxium charged me $133.24, again I don't keep that kind of money in that account. This shows now as pending charge, and will cause Regions to charge me another $36.00 overdraft fee. How did Relaxium get my new debit card number? Why did they charge me again.

This product was a scam and apparently run by thieves. They have the 2 bottles of Relaxium they originally sent and I sent back. I have never received any more bottles of Relaxium.

What can I do legally to force Relaxium to cease and desist charging my account? How did the charge my debit card when I canceled the old card and have a new number?

User's recommendation: Scam and Thieves in this company.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Send me back a refund, pay the overdraft fees at the bank.

I am among the many who felt I was ripped off by this company. We wanted only the free trial bottle, but they sent us two.

Both my husband and I did not feel they helped but thought we would try one bottle before sending the other back, so our 30 day trail period they told us had ended and we had no recourse. Our charge came with a $119.90 added to our acct. Wow! you can buy the same thing at Amazon for $29.90 a bottle.

We tried to get our money back but were denied. A real scam as far as I am feeling about this, and Huckabee should be ashamed to be advertising this product.

I would speak to Regions again. Send a letter with Return Receipt Requested to that company.

Forewarn them, you are going everywhere with your complaint. You don't want their product, you will NOT pay for their product. Report them to the BBB. Get an answer from Regions Bank Officer what you're supposed to do now?

It should be illegal. Good luck....

I also was recently charged $119.90 after trying Relaxium. I sent it back, and better not receive any more charges!!!

I am very disappointed in Mike Hukabee for endorsing such a product and taking advantage of his fans' trust in him. Mike can kiss it!!!!

WOW how much is that stuff per bottle? What's in it?

I'd be going to a bank officer. Report them to the BBB.

What a nightmare. Good luck...

Don't trust anybody online especialy now with the virus and NEVER give your debit card to any one you don't know cause a debit cash and credit card you can at least have a chance of getting your money back cause if i borrowed money and somebody takes your money that the bank own's i would think with all morals the bank should go after them theives Bank's may not pay you back money they take illegaly out of your account cause bank's are crook's two and sometimes wont stand behind you. I'm gonna make it short but an antivirus company stole $149.00 out of my bank acct and the bank pout the money back in my acct. but then took it back the computer company that stole my money wouldn't give it back to the bank so i got screwed out of $149.00 cause US Bank wouldn't back me up
